Referring to your Despatch No. 48 and your telegram of 24th. April Rae and Woodington landed on 15th. January in state of destitution. As necessary preliminary to claim on Agents of Steamship bringing them they were declared vagrants and sent to house of detention. They were sent home in steamship "Ajax" by Agents leaving Colony on 20th.
